GLENN HUGHES: New Studio Album to Surface In 2005

Former DEEP PURPLE/BLACK SABBATH singer Glenn Hughes has posted the following update on his official web site:

"We are in the final stages of post production on the live DVD/CD. As you might know it is called 'Soulfully Live in the City of Angels'. I am really excited about this release later this summer. Chad, JJ and I are rehearsing and in pre production for the next studio album. This album won't be released until sometime in 2005. We are cutting live next week. This is the format that TRAPEZE and DEEP PURPLE recorded in. We will record guitar, bass and drums on the same session. I am really looking forward to this. This album promises to be something really special. I will take the whole summer to produce this album as I feel it is an important one."
